I'm almost overwhelmed by the opportunity I have to decorate "The Factory at Franklin"  This is an old factory where they originally made stoves, then beds and finally evolved into an eclectic shopping mall.  Talking about character... it's just all over this place.

There are so many challenges.  The water tower... the best I can tell, it's about 60' from the ground to the bottom of the tank.  I'm going to have 16 ropelight reindeer around the tank, each pointing a different direction.  The reindeer will chase to the left, stop and chase to the right.  The Factory owner has committed to hiring a professional to climb the tower and mount the lights.  Exellent!

The other major problem is scale... everything is 5-10 times bigger when compared to decorating a house.  The good news is the Factory is a historic property but retrofitted with 21st century electricity.

The owner has made available their scissor lift and cherry picker.  Since most of the display will be indoors, this should be fun.
